Mage

Single button to announce sheep, set focus and sheep

#showtooltip Polymorph
/y >>> Sheeping %t! <<<
/clearfocus [modifier:alt]
/focus [target=focus, noexists]; [target=focus, dead]
/clearfocus [target=focus, help]
/stopcasting
/cast [target=focus, exists, harm] Polymorph

This will allow you to target the sheep target only once. Once the focus is set, you can just hit the sheep button again and never change targets. Holding the ALT key in when you push it allows it to change the focus target to current, in case you sheep wrong one the first time. Use this for pig: (note: might be case sensitive)

Polymorph(Rank 1: Pig)

Counterspell

#showtooltip Counterspell
/stopcasting
/cast counterspell

This will stop whatever your casting and Counterspell.

Druid

Cast on target of target

#showtooltip Lifebloom
/cast [modifier,target=player] Lifebloom; [help] [target=targettarget, help] [target=player] Lifebloom

This of course is for Lifebloom, but it'll heal the target (if friendly), else it'll heal target of target. Handy for being able to target the mob, or PvP target, and heal who they're hitting on. You also know exactly when they change targets. Gives you a bit of a edge on starting a heal on a squishy.

Warlock

Uber Warlock macro for Seduction

/clearfocus [modifier:alt]
/focus [target=focus, noexists]; [target=focus, dead]
/clearfocus [target=focus, help]
/petstay
/petfollow
/stopcasting
/cast [pet:succubus, target=focus, exists, harm] Seduction; Seduction

Warrior

Spell Reflect Macro

#showtooltip Spell Reflection
/cast [stance:1/2,equipped:shields] Spell Reflection; [stance:3] Defensive Stance
/equip [modifier:ctrl] Deep Thunder
/stopmacro [equipped: shields]
/equip Crest of the Sha'Tar
/equipslot 16 Drakefist Hammer

This spell reflect macro it will equip a shield for you and pop spell reflect. If you are in berserker stance it will put you in defensive stance. If you press control and push the macro you will equip a weapon in my case it would be Deep Thunder. If you want to put your own weapon in there just erase Deep Thunder and put your weapon name in there. You will also have to put your 1-hander's name into the slot 16 area and your shield name into the shield area.

This is good for pvp. It makes mages easy for me, as I can just pop this macro when I have the rage and force a mage to eat his own crit. I have crit mages with their own spells for over 3k damage in pvp, It is good for pve also incase you are doing dps and gain aggro from the mob it is a quick swap to your shield.

Mouse over Sunder armor

#show Sunder Armor
/cast [target=mouseover, harm, nodead] Sunder Armor

This is one of my favorites also. It excells in multi mob tanking when you don't want to lose threat on your main target but need to gain aggro on the other mobs. Put your mouse over mob B and push the macro (should be hotkeyed) and it will apply sunder armor, while you still have mob A targeted and getting hit with shield slams. You can just spam this over a bunch of mobs and it will help your aggro tremendously. It is better then tab targeting because you don't have to cycle through mobs and maybe break a sheep. That is another aspect you can mouse over a sheep and hit sunder armor with out hitting them to break sheep since sunder does no damage.
